Per-event routing and a leaner widget

Our biggest release yet: feedback now routes exactly where each team wants it, and the widget got a serious diet.

  • New Per-event integration routing — send each event type to a different Slack channel, Linear team, or webhook.
  • New Keyboard shortcuts for triage: assign, set priority and resolve without leaving the board.
  • Improved The embeddable widget loads ~40% faster and ships noticeably less JavaScript.
  • Fixed Pins could drift on pages with sticky headers after a viewport resize.
