Run guest reviews with no accounts
Share one link and let clients or stakeholders leave full-context feedback as guests — nothing to install, no sign-up wall, optional access code.
On this page
The fastest way to kill feedback is to put a sign-up form in front of it. Pogpin lets anyone with a link comment as a guest, while still capturing the same browser, screen and element context your team relies on.
Share a review link
Every project has a review link that serves the site through Pogpin with the widget already loaded. Send it to a client and they start pinning immediately — no snippet on their end, no account, no install. Their pins land in the same project as everything else.
Gate it with an access code (optional)
If the link shouldn’t be fully public, open Settings → Guests and turn on guest access with a code. Reviewers then see a short gate — “Guest access code required” — and enter the code once. Pogpin remembers them for 7 days, so they’re not re-prompted every visit. Leave the code off and the link is open to anyone who has it.
What guests can and can’t do
Guests can drop pins, reply to threads and see their own feedback and your replies.
Guests can’t change issue status, see your internal board, or reach other projects — the review stays focused, and your triage workflow stays private.
Attribute feedback without friction
A guest enters a display name the first time they comment — no password, no confirmation email. Each pin they leave is tagged with that name, so you always know who raised what.
Guests never count as seats
Reviewers are not workspace members and never count against your plan’s member limit — invite the entire client side for free, on any plan including Free. To bring internal teammates in with real roles instead, see invite your team and set roles.
