The fastest way to kill feedback is to put a sign-up form in front of it. Pogpin lets anyone with a link comment as a guest, while still capturing the same browser, screen and element context your team relies on.

  1. Open the project and click Share → Review link.
  2. Choose whether the link requires an email (optional, for attribution).
  3. Send it. Guests open the page and start pinning immediately.

What guests can and can’t do

  • ✅ Drop pins, reply to threads, mark “this is fixed”.
  • ✅ See their own feedback and your replies.
  • ❌ Change issue status, see your internal board, or access other projects.

This keeps the review focused: stakeholders weigh in without wandering into your triage workflow.

Attribute feedback without friction

If you enabled the optional email prompt, each pin is tagged with the reviewer’s name on first comment — no password, no confirmation email. It’s one field, asked once, stored with the thread.

Close the loop

When you resolve an issue raised by a guest, they get an optional email letting them know it’s been addressed. That single notification is often the difference between a client who feels heard and one who re-sends the same comment a week later.

Tip: set a review deadline on the link. Pogpin shows reviewers a gentle banner (“Feedback closes Friday”) and stops accepting new pins after it passes.

Discuss. Organize. Resolve.

Where feedback finally finds its place.

Drop your first pin in under a minute. Bring your team, your clients and your live site Pogpin handles the rest.
